Return Policy
We do not accept any returns. Return is only accepted if the item is wrong or broken. That too, WE NEED AN UNCUT PRODUCT OPENING VIDEO.

Exchange Policy
Items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
The product should be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
Exchange is applicable for size issues, defective products, or wrong items received.
Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

1. Initiate Request – Contact our customer support at WhatsApp: +91 9717847866 or Email: divinebeamblessingz@gmail.com with your order details.

2. Pick-Up or Self-Ship – We will arrange a pick-up (if available in your area) or request you to self-ship the item.

3. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the item, we will check its condition.

4. Replacement Dispatch – Upon approval, we will send the replacement in 3-5 working days.

 

Important Notes
If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit or an alternative style.

Return only with AN UNCUT PRODUCT OPENING VIDEO, only for broken or wrong items shipped.
Return shipping charges may apply in some cases.
